Quinnipiac University Law School presents Discovery in the Digital Age

Technology has dramatically changed the practice of law and reshaped the discovery process. Understanding the basics of discovery in the digital age, and the opportunities and challenges it brings enables lawyers to meet their ethical obligations and serve their clients.

The symposium will begin with a view from the bench, provided by The Honorable Maria Kahn and The Honorable Douglas Lavine. Additional panels will focus on Cybersecurity, eDiscovery Ethics, and Sources of Discoverable Data beyond e-mail. Connecticut and New York CLE credit will be requested.
