The FTI Technology training team brings deep knowledge in adult learning and the legal process as well as Ringtail Legal and Attenex Patterns software. Our team of professional trainers, many of whom are experienced litigation support managers, facilitate courses and certification for your designated staff members.
Attenex Certification
In addition to providing end-user training, we offer a series of certification programs giving you the ability to develop Attenex expertise in-house for both service providers and corporate clients. Building in-house expertise empowers you to train reviewers on an “as needed” basis and design training to fit specific project needs.
Ringtail Training
Ringtail training programs are available for firms or partners with on-premise installations of Ringtail. Training for on-demand clients can be arranged by your FTI Project Manager.
Ringtail Application Adminstration Training
After your Ringtail Legal system is installed, our professional trainers will conduct on-site instruction on all facets of the administration and use of Ringtail. The five-day Ringtail Application Administration training program can be provided for as many as ten people with one trainer. This course provides Ringtail Certified Administrator certification for Ringtail Hosting Partners. This course is ideal for:
- Litigation Support professionals
- Information Technology professionals who will support the Ringtail environment.
- Project Managers
This course is not appropriate for end-users of Ringtail.
