Beth Patterson, the Chief Legal & Technology Services Officer at Allens, is a globally recognized leader in developing legal technologies, including the application of AI to deliver competitive solutions. She leads a team of multi-disciplinary professionals, working with lawyers and clients to deliver integrated low cost document review solutions combined with market-leading technologies. Beth recently received the 2017 Lexis Nexis Janders Dean Innovation Special Achievement award for her work in advancing the legal industry. Her innovative contributions have also seen her receive the 2016 LawTech Legal IT Leader of the Year - Large Firm and the 2015 ILTA Litigation Support Professional of the Year Distinguished Peer Award.

Kelly Clay is Assistant General Counsel of the Legal Department for GlaxoSmithKline, based in RTP, North Carolina. She has been with GSK for many years as Merits Counsel on electronic discovery and discovery process management. Kelly is a member of GSK’s Dispute Resolution & Prevention group, and oversees numerous domestic and international matters involving GSK.

David Grant is a Senior Managing Director at FTI and leads the data governance and eDiscovery consulting practice. He was recognized in 2017 as one of Consulting magazine’s Top 25 Consultants, and his areas of expertise include data mining, predictive coding and visual analytics for early fact finding and electronic discovery, along with the management of very large civil and criminal global matters.
