Privilege: Considering the Importance of Family Relationships during Technology-Assisted Review

Despite ongoing legal, strategic and technological strides in reducing the overall burden of e-discovery, privilege continues to demand significant time and resources from legal teams. Because document reviews are time-intensive, many litigation lawyers using technology-assisted review (TAR) to assess relevance are asking whether the “four corners” approach can also be used for privilege calls.
