WEST PALM BEACH, FL January 13, 2009 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE:FCN), the global business advisory firm dedicated to helping organizations protect and enhance their enterprise value, today announced that its technology practice has been named a “strong positive” vendor in Gartner Research’s "MarketScope for E-discovery Software Product Vendors, 2008" report (Debra Logan, John Bace, and Whit Andrews, December 17, 2008). “Strong positive” is the highest rating given in the report, and signifies that FTI’s Technology business is viewed as a leading provider of strategic products, services or solutions.
